STEP ONE
We will follow up by phone, text or email after we have received your form to discuss your requirements.

This is very important because there are things we must know before we can begin, for example:

• If you are ordering a website, do you have your own images or do you need us to supply them?
• If you are ordering a logo do you prefer monogram, abstract, emblem etc.?
• What colour combinations do you think would look best?

STEP TWO
After we have discussed your requirements, we will invoice 50% of the cost of the service and we will begin upon receipt of payment. 

STEP THREE
We will create your project and send mockup(s) for your approval.  We will make any changes, edits etc and send additional mockup(s)

STEP FOUR
Once you approve of the product, we will invoice remaining 50% of the cost (plus any taxes) and after receipt of that payment we will send your product(s) if they are logo, video etc, or publish it on the web if it is a website.
